Alongside <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shamrocksalesinc.com\/\">Shamrock Sales<\/a>, who are the <strong>BoilerMag<\/strong> Reps in Colorado and Wyoming, the install of multiple <a href=\"https:\/\/boilermag.com\/na\/products\/commercial\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">BoilerMagXT&#8217;s<\/span><\/a> will ensure the owner prevents further damage to his newly installed hydronic heating systems.<\/p>\n<p>In total, twelve 2&#8243; <strong>BoilerMagXT&#8217;s<\/strong> will be installed in different mechanical rooms by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamworksmechanicaldenver.com\/\">Teamworks Mechanical<\/a>. The mechanical rooms contain two <em>Lochinvar<\/em> Shield water heaters and one<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lochinvar.com\/\"> <em>Lochinvar<\/em><\/a> FTXL firetube boiler with<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tacocomfort.com\/\"><em> Taco<\/em><\/a> pumps. The project scope is to decentralize the existing heating water plant and add new mechanical rooms to each individual building.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Taking Preventative Measures\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Each boiler is connected to existing pipework and has two high-efficient pumps that use a wet rotor design, ultimately increasing the risk of magnetite build-up. To combat this problem, the owner of the apartment building complex saw the benefit of <strong>BoilerMag<\/strong> and wanted to protect the pumps and boilers from magnetite and from heating inefficiency.
