Until now, the system required re-tubing every couple of years due to the steady buildup of black sludge.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The clear choice\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>With years of working alongside <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fiainc.com\/\">Fluid Industrial Associates. Inc.<\/a><\/span> (FIA), a <strong>BoilerMag<\/strong> rep in the New England area, installing a <strong>BoilerMagXT<\/strong> was a \u201cno-brainer\u201d in order to prevent damage to the newly installed hydronic heating and cooling system. The <strong>BoilerMagXT<\/strong> is connected to 6 <em>Lochnivar<\/em> <em>FTXL 850<\/em> Boilers, with an estimated output of 5.1 million BTUs. The cold Massachusetts winters meant that this system was working overtime to provide constant heat to the 15-story residential building.<\/p>\n<p>After only 8 hrs, the <strong>BoilerMagXT<\/strong> filtered tremendous amounts of particulates and sludge that were plaguing the system.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know the importance of using magnetic filters, especially on high-efficiency systems.
