The \u00a36.6 million project delivered an expertly considered care home in both design and delivery, meeting the requirements of its client and end-users.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Essex-based NCC Mechanical Services, a highly recognized company specializing in the design and installation of all forms of mechanical services including heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and building management systems, carried out a new installation of two boilers to heat 140 low surface temperature (LST) radiators and 1,000 litres of stored water.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">To protect the plant, NCC installed two BoilerMag XL 1 \u00bd inch magnetic filters within the rooftop plant room.
