A BoilerMagXT <\/strong>magnetic filter was recently installed as part of a boiler replacement project at a school in Greeley. Within just two days of operation<\/strong>, the system demonstrated significant effectiveness in removing accumulated black sludge from the hydronic system.<\/p>\n

Problem<\/span><\/h2>\n

Older hydronic heating systems\u2014especially in institutional buildings like schools\u2014often contain:<\/p>\n

  • General system contamination from aging piping and components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Solution<\/span><\/h2>\n

      To address this, a BoilerMagXT magnetic filter<\/strong> was installed during the boiler replacement.<\/p>\n

      • The unit was flushed every two days<\/strong> to remove collected debris<\/li>\n

        After just 48 hours, the BoilerMagXT had already captured a large amount of contamination.
